Today I tried to avoid my typical "sketchy" approach to pen and ink, which is what I usually fall back to when I don't know how to render something.

On Stormy Seas

My good friend Pete Molinero invited me to join him and his brothers the other night in one of their famous "drawing times". I had not been a part of one since I was in college, and I figured it was high time I got back to posting some things on the ol' drawing blog, so I gratefully accepted his offer. Five topics went into the a hat, and the one chosen was "On Stormy Seas". This was my effort.
